Njawulo Foundation is a nonprofit, community-centered organization established to address the interconnected social, leadership, and environmental challenges affecting communities in Uganda. With a focus on inclusivity, empowerment, and sustainability, the foundation runs programs that train ethical leaders, empower women, advocate for the boy child and children with disabilities, and promote environmental stewardship.We believe meaningful change happens when grassroots communities are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to transform their lives and surroundings. Through a blend of advocacy, capacity-building, and action-oriented projects, Njawulo Foundation strives to build a society where no one is left behind.
Leadership Development
We conduct leadership boot camps, mentorship programs, and civic education workshops for youth aged 16-30. Focus on ethics, conflict resolution, public speaking, and community organizing.
Women empowerment
We aim to run vocational training centers offering tailoring, baking, crafts, and digital literacy. Provide micro-grants and conduct financial literacy and reproductive health workshops.
Boy child advocacy & differently abled children
We strive to organize life skills workshops, mentorship, sports tournaments, and mental health programs for boys aged 10-18.
We labour to provide mobility aids, support inclusive infrastructure, and conduct stigma reduction campaigns for differently abled children
Envirinmental conservation
We engage schools and community groups in tree planting, waste management training, and recycling projects.
